Please read these Terms of Service (\u201cTerms\u201d, \u201cTerms of Service\u201d) carefully before using the\u00a0teamsTALK application (accessible via\u00a0https:\/\/teamstalk.app<\/a>\u00a0website)\u00a0(the \u201cService\u201d) operated by TECH-ARROW,\u00a0a.s.\u00a0(\u201cus\u201d, \u201cwe\u201d, or \u201cour\u201d).\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Subscriptions<\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis (\u201cSubscription(s)\u201d). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (\u201cBilling Cycle\u201d). Billing cycles are set on a monthly\u00a0or yearly\u00a0basis\u00a0based on the purchased subscription and billing period.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or TECH-ARROW,\u00a0a.s.\u00a0cancels it.\u00a0You may cancel your Subscription renewal either through your online account management\u00a0(https:\/\/store.tech-arrow.com\/my-account\/<\/a>)\u00a0page or by contacting TECH-ARROW,\u00a0a.s.\u00a0customer\u00a0support team.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

We accept the following\u00a0payment methods:\u00a0credit card or PayPal. In all cases all transfer fees occurring during the transaction of the payment are payable by the customer.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

A valid payment method, including credit card or PayPal, is required to process the payment for your Subscription. You shall provide TECH-ARROW,\u00a0a.s.\u00a0with accurate and complete billing information including full name, address, state, zip code, telephone number, and a valid payment method information. By submitting such payment information, you automatically authorize TECH-ARROW,\u00a0a.s.\u00a0to charge all Subscription fees incurred through your account to any such payment instruments.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Should automatic billing fail to occur for any reason, TECH-ARROW,\u00a0a.s.\u00a0will issue an electronic invoice indicating that you must proceed manually, within a certain deadline date, with the full payment corresponding to the billing period as indicated on the invoice.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
